Having built, scaled, and guided operations across multi-site environments of up to 300 people, Russell knows that real business growth happens when teams feel trusted, supported, and clear on where they are heading. His journey includes founding Renew Insurance Services and steering it through to a successful acquisition by Hastings Direct, alongside senior director roles with major UK brands.

Now leading JDT Power, Russell combines hands-on operational leadership with sharp strategic direction across ICP networks, high and low voltage infrastructure, and green power solutions. He is focused on building a culture where people thrive, safety and quality come naturally, and the business continues to set the benchmark for our clients.
